This new project by Artheco starts from a loft converted from an industrial space, initially kept rather sterile and minimal. The work done by our architects and interior designers on this setting was to renew the home, redesigning the spaces and expanding the upper mezzanine, transforming it into a warmer and more welcoming place. We therefore chose to leverage the strengths of the industrial setting—very high ceilings and large windows—enriching it with precious details to build a refined, welcoming, and luxurious envelope.
